We were approached to develop a concept and ultimately an edit for the launch of Toyota's new Crown Signia HEV Crossover. This film gave us the opportunity to work with talented musician and longtime collaborator, Mathew Shaw. Together, we developed a score and soundscape before the edit even began; this approach inspired a new visual design direction. We proposed creating a hyper stylized 3D environment to showcase the shape language of the Crown that also features the curved hexagonal shape of the new front end design. This graphic environment contrasts the naturalistic mountainside car-to-car photography to give the film a unique vibe.
