Our design friends at Volume Inc. approached us to collaborate on a "property" film for the 140 New Montgomery high-rise in downtown San Francisco. The client wanted a slick, non-traditional highlight film that looks more cinematic than typical real estate promotions. We wanted to feature the history and style of this building while connecting it to the rhythm of the city below. We chose a visual style that used long lenses and Steadicam to replicate the grace of an old Hollywood motion picture, paired with a music track that bridges modern beats with retro horns.
